InnerSpace is built with privacy in mind by capturing movement, not individuals. Your employees maintain full anonymity, as our technology stores no personally identifiable information (e.g. name, phone number, email) and has no facial or body recognition software.

Instead, our platform analyzes the MAC address of each smart device without storing the MAC addresses themselves – and fully encrypts the data.  We comply with two highly-regarded policies: the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) standards and the American Institute of CPAs’ System.

It’s important to know that InnerSpace technology provides insights that are relevant for many different parts of your organization. And, as it works on Wi-Fi – with no need to install an array of occupancy sensors – it will require certain teams to be involved from a tech and approvals lens.

InnerSpace provides “software as a service” (SaaS) and, as such, you have no need to maintain the platform. It is possible, based on your AP platform, that the system must be calibrated each year to ensure accuracy.
