Privacy and GDPR at InnerSpace

InnerSpace is committed to supporting the right to privacy and protecting our customer data in accordance with today's security standards. The InnerSpace platform follows the standards set out in the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), considered to be the most advanced and citizen-centric policy in managing personal data. Our platform is also SOC2 Type I and ISO-27001 certified.

The InnerSpace platform does not store any personally identifiable information such as someone's name, phone number, MAC address or email address.

The platform analyzes the media access control address ("MAC address") of a person's electronic device such as a smartphone or computer when they are in the vicinity of an InnerSpace sensor for the purposes of providing the InnerSpace Subscription Service (the “Service”) which includes but is not limited to indoor navigation and analytics. All data generated during the analysis is fully encrypted using industry best practices. 

The platform does not store the MAC address.

A person can temporarily opt out of the system by turning off Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on their smart devices.
